Grant by Nicholas le Taverner, called de Loegans, to Henry de Pengersyek of a place in the town [burgus] of Helleston (Cornwall) between the place which formerly belonged to Michael le Talyur, and the tenement which formerly belonged to Godric the Inner [stagnator] together with a garden and an English acre of land between the parks of Michael Godeman and Richard Yvet. Given on Saturday next after the feast of SS. Perpetua and Felicitas, 18 Edward II.
